Field Reservations for the Athletic Complex

In order to get in the field reservation system you need to...


Fill out the Team Information Form and submit it to the Complex Coordinator @ Fax # 281-225-8507. 

This form helps us verify teams, residents and serves as the Liability Waiver that must be signed by a parent of each child that will be using the Gleannloch Fields associated with a registered team.
 


Once approved your team will appear on the Team and Contact Listing as ACTIVE.

This means your roster was received, verified.  We will establish your rental rate (see below) and email that back to you as your confirmation that we received the form.
 


Now you can submit a reservations request for your team. 
To reserve a date/time click Here. Make sure you replace the ??? in the subject line with your information.
In your email please tell us your team number, team name, date, time slot and field number you wish to reserve.

Once we receive your request your team name will be inserted into the Field Schedule.  To view the complete schedule click Here.

PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR RESERVATION TO BE PROCESSED.  WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A RESERVATION IF IT IS REQUESTED LESS THAN 48 HOURS OF THE DATE/TIME REQUESTED.

WE WILL NOT TAKE REQUESTS MORE THAN 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE UNLESS YOU ARE A TEAM WITH MOSTLY GLEANNLOCH FARMS PLAYERS. 

(Keep in mind there are no lights at the complex)
 

Rental Rates are $30.00 per 2-hour rental.
A $3.00 discount (on every rental) will be applied for each player that lives in Gleannloch Farms.
